Featuring work from Gerrard's successful project series, 'Do You Look Like Your Dog' and 'Do You Look Like Your Cat' whilst also featuring works by 24 artists who use their unique perspectives to portray pets in different ways, delicately outlined the emotional bond between pets and human. Including world renowned photographers Martin Parr, Tim Flach, Leila Jeffreys and William Wegman.
As a popular pet photography art exhibition in Stockholm and New York over the past three years, The Pet Show featuring Gerrard's content landed at Fotografiska Shanghai, which was the 4th stop of its world tour.
‘Ordinary Creatures’ exhibition featured a selection of photographic prints, the subject of which is close to the photographer’s heart: The ordinary, everyday creatures that surround us through childhood and into adulthood- yet familiarity often leads us to take for granted their incredible beauty. To coincide with the launch of Gethings’ web store, this exhibition showcased a selection of the fine art photography available.
